Mental Health Awareness Week
During Mental Health Awareness Week we were delighted to visit workplaces, sports clubs, schools, colleges and community spaces. Our staff, volunteers and Ambassadors all started conversations, destigmatised mental health and aimed to increase awareness of local services. Thank you to everyone that talked to us and shared their experiences. If you did not speak to our team, but would like to find out more you can visit our website (easthantsmind.org) or our social media channels.
We look forward to the next national campaign, which is World Mental Health Day on 10 October. If you would like to get involved you can contact the team by emailing [email protected]
