The Children and Young People's Safe Haven is still here for you.
Young people aged 11 - 17 living in Havant Borough can access one to one, confidential telephone support by calling (freephone) 0300 303 1580 during our usual opening times, which are 5pm to 7:30pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
We can provide immediate access to crisis support, and offer healthy coping strategies, self-harm / suicide safety planning, wellbeing advice and signposting.
If you are unable to speak on the phone or cannot get through to us by phone for any reason please email [email protected] during the above times for email support or to request a call back the same evening.
Today we are going to hear from Andy, our Training Manager, about wellbeing walks and how they can support our mental health. We are also going to follow him on a walk up Butser Hill. This is a great activity to support your #WellbeingWednesday.
