On Thursday 7th Feb some of our Wellbeing and Community Teams will be visiting businesses and community spaces to raise awareness of mental health, local support and hopefully prompt more conversations about mental health (including illness, wellness and support).
If you know somewhere you think we could visit on #TimetoTalk Day, we are currently welcoming suggestions.
We may not be able to visit all locations on the 7th Feb, but we will do our best to get resources to them and visit in the future, if not on the 7th. ... See MoreSee Less
"Thanks to everyone that supported me to the finish line of the Portsmouth Coastal Marathon, a very wet & muddy race but your sponsorship & the crowd support was the encouragement needed to get me over the line... roll on London 2019." - Dan
Mike from our Community Development Team will be raising funds for Havant and East Hants Mind and Mind as he takes on a 500k running challenge this year 💙
Do you have your own challenge you'll be taking part in during 2019? Or are you looking for one, maybe our charity fire walk or team rowing event? Visit www.easthantsmind.org/get-involved/events for more details.

Met 2 people with depression, they didn’t understand what was going on inside other than they have meds & feel this way. For me sum1 said watch these films they helped me understand @TimetoChange @BlurtAlerts @HEH_Mind https://t.co/pO0bEdOSWW & https://t.co/rfyQoaylJw
Just seen a great interview on The One Show with Kelly Holmes on how she suffered with depression when she was injured and couldn’t run. Great reminder when we are injured to speak to friends and family and realise you are not alone.
