Brutal Run Charity of the Year Partnership for 2024

Havant and East Hants Mind (HEH Mind) is thrilled to announce an exciting partnership with Brutal Run, adding to HEH Mind’s Charity of the Year Partnerships for 2024. This collaboration, set to commence on January 1st 2024, will see all Brutal Run events throughout the year serve as platforms for fundraising and donations to support the invaluable mental health services provided by HEH Mind.

Brutal Run, renowned for its challenging and exhilarating trail runs featuring natural obstacles such as hills, water and mud, has committed to using its extensive reach and engaged community to raise awareness and funds for mental health initiatives delivered by HEH Mind. The partnership aims to make a significant impact on mental health awareness and support, fostering a sense of community and solidarity.

Participants and spectators alike will have the opportunity to contribute to this meaningful cause at each of the Brutal Run events scheduled for 2024. A full list of these events can be found on the official Brutal Run website at https://brutal.run/events. HEH Mind encourages individuals, teams, and corporations to get involved, either by participating in the challenging races or by generously donating to the cause.

Phill Young, Race Director at Brutal Run said “Brutal Run are excited to partner with Havant and East Hants Mind to help them spread the word of the service they provide to the community and raise funds for them to provide this important service. At Brutal Run we all love putting on the events we do which allow people to get the physical and mental health benefits of being in the outdoors, challenging themselves to do something different and meet other people who enjoy the same things.”

Emma, Fundraising Lead at HEH Mind said “I am so excited to work in partnership with the Brutal Run team across the whole of 2024. Having completed the 5km at Spider Hill myself this weekend (18th November’23) I am confident in saying what a fantastic event the team at Brutal Events run. Havant and East Hants Mind’s partnership is an exciting opportunity to raise vital funds for our services, whilst also promoting the benefits of exercise on our wellbeing.”
