Part 1 (1 hour): Understanding Mental Health
This session gives you a strong foundation in mental health awareness. You’ll learn how to apply this knowledge in your daily work.

Part 2 (1 hour): Supporting Others
This session focuses on how to respond and support someone in need.

There will be 19 courses scheduled in between September 2025 and March 2027, so pick your date and book yourself on through Eventbrite or scan the QR Code. New dates will be added – so keep a look out. What will I get once completed the course? Once completed the course you will be sent access to a resource webpage which will contain a take away pack, short video reminders, updates and signposting information. |
