Fully Funded Suicide Prevention Training

Book with Hampshire Mind Training today (funded through Hampshire County Council)

If someone around you is struggling with suicidal thoughts—would you know what to do?

Talking about suicide doesn’t cause harm—not talking about it does.

Silence fuels stigma. Stigma stops people from seeking help. Let’s break that cycle.

Whether you’re a colleague, carer, frontline worker, or just someone who cares—knowing the signs and how to act could save a life.

Who is eligible?

If you live or work in the Hampshire County Council area you can now access free online training delivered by Hampshire Mind’s Training expert team. The training is tailored for people in roles where others may open up about suicidal thoughts, this training equips you with the skills, confidence, and understanding to provide real support.
