Vacancy for a Wellbeing Practitioner to support our Young Person’s Safe Haven. Safe Haven is an out of hours mental health crisis drop in for young people aged 11-17 years old in Havant Borough.

Job Summary for the role of Wellbeing Practitioner in the Children & Young People Wellbeing Service, part-time, 1 year fixed term contract 

  • Welcoming young people to the crisis drop-in service and supporting them through emotional and practical support 
  • Empowering young people to self-manage their emotional wellbeing by facilitating a range of self-help tools (both on a one to one basis and in a group setting) 
  • Delivering youth activities including cooking, art and craft, icebreakers and games.  

The role is based in Havant for 12 hours a week (Evenings and weekend).
